The National Charter School Resource Center hosted a webinar November 16, 2011, which focused on implementation of the Common Core State Standards in charter schools.
Our featured presenter was Beth Ratway, a senior consultant at American Institutes for Research with deep expertise in the Common Core. Ratway discussed the Common Core State Standards Initiative, described the federally funded consortia that are developing assessments aligned with the Common Core Standards, and shared tools and resources that charter school educators can use as they move forward with implementation of the Common Core Standards.
