Resource Center Webinar to Focus on Making Charter Governing Board Meetings More Effective

Making charter school governing board meetings more effective will be the focus of a National Charter School Resource Center webinar on Wednesday, February 13, 2013. 

Board Governance: Strengthen Your Board by Fixing Your Board Meetings will feature Marci Cornell-Feist, the author of the Charter School Trustees Guide and founder and CEO of The High Bar.

The webinar, 2-3 p.m. (EST), will cover how to shift meeting preparation from reactive to strategic, ways to distribute the workload of meeting preparation, and measuring the effectiveness of board meetings and improving practices.
