The Ryan Fellowship

This one-year, paid fellowship provides "aspiring principals with the opportunity to step back and develop a high-impact strategy and plan for creating a high-achieving urban school in the year prior to their first year as a principal."

The fellowship covers tuition and materials as well as room and board for the Academic Foundation at the Kellogg School of Management, and Ryan Fellows receive the equivalent of a $60,000 salary during the Academic Foundation and the Field Study, plus benefits.
