Office of English Language Acquisition (OELA): Native American and Alaska Native Children in School Program

This program provides grants to "develop high levels of academic attainment in English among English learners and to promote parental and community participation in language instruction educational programs."

Charter schools focused primarily on Native students are eligible for this program.

Total estimated program funding is $3,825,000, with 17 awards expected.
