Models Promoting Young Children's Use of Assistive Technology

The purpose of the program is to improve results for students with disabilities by promoting development, demonstration, and use of technology; support educational media services activities designed to be of educational value in the classroom for students with disabilities; and provide support for captioning and video description that is appropriate for the classroom. Estimated total funding for the program is $1.2 million, with three awards expected.
